Policies

• All orders will ship within the time frame stated in the order confirmation sent by America Display Group.
• We ship our boxes via ground to the US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and South America.
• America Display Group Get competitive shipping estimates from multiple carriers before we ship your display case.
• Final order (including shipping) needs to be signed by customer prior to box being shipped.
• All our Custom Display Cases are manufactured from detailed 3D renderings submitted to the client for prior approval. After the customer confirms the order and drawing and receives the deposit, the showcase will be made according to the approved drawing.
• All orders are considered final upon receipt of your signed order confirmation and payment.
• All display orders are inspected, tested and photographed (high resolution) before being boxed and shipped to the customer's destination.
• Our customers receive photos of their displays before they leave one of our production facilities.
• In case of delivery of a defective unit, America Display Group will replace this bracket free of charge.Mishandling, misuse or damage occurring after delivery is not a manufacturing defect.
• All of our showcases are packed. Our packing method ensures that your display case will be delivered in perfect condition. In case of damage in transit, the customer must inform America Display Group by email within 24 hours of delivery.
• Remember to attach photos of the damage. Our shipping department will immediately inspect the damage and file a complaint with the shipping company.
• Prices, designs, cost estimates and other specifications are subject to change without notice. All policies and copyrights apply to and will be enforced for designs and displays produced by America Display Group and Custom Showcases & Displays Inc.
